From July 27 to 31, 2011, the First Edition of the Jumping International was held in Mégève. This was quite a remarkable approach on the part of the organizers who, by awarding a DigestScience prize for one of the showjumping contests, lent their support to medical research, as well as holding an auction which earned 13,800 euros, to be allocated to a research project.
